Responsibility Provide support to high level clients to help them grow across multiple channels – chat, email and phone; Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain; Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products; Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience; Identify and solve problems technical bugs and ads’ delivery issues; Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions; Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.


Your Profile:


Fluent (C2) English both in written and verbal communication;

Good knowledge of Hungarian (B2 level) required;

Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential);

Good analytic skills and logical thinking;

Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills;

Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform;

Ability to multitask and work under pressure;

Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends:
Permission to work in Hungary is a must.

We are looking for a sales representative with knowledge of the basics of the IT market.
The main task in this position will be to find and acquire clients from EU countries (Great Britain, the Netherlands, Norway, USA, Canada etc.) for our IT Client.

The remuneration in the trial period will be paid in the commission system (% of the profit from the contract with the acquired client), then UoP or B2B.
The trial period ends when at least 3 customers are acquired.

Requirements:
• experience as a trader
• knowledge of the basics of the IT market (SAP, Programming languages, Databases, Buissnes Intelligence, QA Software & testing, Cloud Computing)
• Hungarian and English at B2 or C1 level

Nice to have:
• knowledge of services: IT Outsourcing, IT Body Leasing, IT Recruitment
• experience in selling IT services

What You’ll be doing


Are you results focused and love to help others? Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? This is a business-to-business sales role including inbound, outbound, and email communications with customers and prospects. We do hire various levels of sales where the customer you are servicing could be small to medium size business, advertising agencies, or business contacts supporting cloud-based technology or advertising opportunities uncovering ways to help them strategically grow their business and revenue base.


During a Typical Day, You’ll


• Bring your passion to negotiate and strong product and brand knowledge to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during customer interactions
• Effectively recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with customers to close the sale while identifying and handling all sale opportunities
• Support Public Sector contacts regarding cloud-based technology
• Periodically sync with Field Sales Representatives, Partner Managers and Regional Marketing manager
What You Bring to the Role
• Business proficiency in written and spoken Finnish language (min. C1 level)
• Fluency in English language (min. B2 level)
• Minimum one year demonstrated B2B sales experience
• Basic understanding of cloud-based software or search engine marketing
• Active listener and ability to home in on sales cues
• Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed goals
